RETURNS

As a new, small business we are afraid that we don’t have the capacity to pay for your returns unless the item is faulty.  Customers will therefore be responsible for shipping and handling charges to return the item to us.  
 
You have 14 days from delivery to package your items securely, in the condition you received them in, and return with the return form to:

We do not take responsibility for the shipping of your item and therefore suggest you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
If your items are faulty, the returns postage will be refunded.
 
Please note that earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
 
Refunds will be issued onto the original payment card or Paypal account and please note that they can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers. Shipping costs will be excluded from your refund unless the items are faulty.  Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to you.
Please note that during a flash sale all sales are final and no returns will be accepted.
